INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Here is the scoop: you'll need to cover the shipping and handling charges, plus any duties that might pop up at your destination.

CUSTOM CLEARANCE

All our eyewear on its way out of India take a pit stop at the Indian Customs office. There, they're joined by a truckload of paperwork, inspected, examined, and assessed. Only after this adventure do they finally reach your doorstep. So, don't fret when you see a note on the package saying, "Please do not accept if the package is received in an open or tampered condition." We've got it labeled as "Opened for Customs" - all part of the journey!

Our trusty companions on domestic journeys are Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and UPS for our international escapades.

NOTE

For international orders, remember to take care of those shipping charges when you place your order. And when it comes to custom duties and taxes in your destination country, it's a solo act - you'll need to pay those to our trusty logistic partner when they make the grand delivery entrance. Just a heads-up, all our shipments come with a "Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)" label.

The time it takes for your order to arrive may vary depending on your location, but we always strive to get it to you as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY TIME FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

For orders within India, you can expect your items to arrive within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation, unless there are delays caused by government authorities or related entities. If, for any reason, we can't meet this timeframe, we'll cancel the order and provide a refund to your original payment method. We work with reliable courier services to ensure a safe and prompt delivery. Just make sure your shipping address is accurate.

If you're having your order delivered to your workplace, please provide all necessary details like department, employee number, and a direct landline number to avoid any delivery issues.
